I have been suffering from shoulder pain since 6 months. Dr Herojit Singh did assessment and diagnosed it . He confirmed that my problem is grade 3 frozen shoulder. He suggested me the most advance therapy including physiotherapy and naturopathy treatment. They gave me electro Acupuncture, soft tissue release, shoulder manipulation, mobilization, stretching, Shoulder chiropractic adjustment, IFT therapy, IASTM, cupping therapy, thera band exercises.... Initially my pain was increased due to stretching but My shoulder became free movement. I am coming here for everyday sessions for 30 days then weekly two times after that . Today is my 35 session, and I am able to sleep in my shoulder and doing all daily activities at home and office.
