I have taken a few sessions with Dr. Nandita, and starting from the first session I have observed a significant transformation and growth in me. I have been able to get relief from significant anxiety associated with childhood memories.

Our first meeting was a telephone call, where she patiently listened to me, understood my case and background. She was really polite and explained how she does sessions of 2-3 hours, guides us through the science behind your emotional feelings, stress reactions in body and its long term impact. She explained how she will help me with guided hypnosis to work on myself.

During my first session, she understood my background, explained potential pyschological schemas which I fit in, shared how our nervous system reacts to situations, etc. She listened to me patiently, and guided me on a self hypnosis session. I usually have practiced it myself, but it was quite difficult for me to visit my childhood memories, my body used to feel extremely tensed and anxious. The way she guided me through clinical hypnosis, I felt relieved, at calm and ease.

Through clinical hypnosis, she helped me to visit moments where I felt abandoned, guilty, and cowardly. In the state of clinical hypnosis, I was able to feel those emotions in my body, and she guided me to release all the stored energy, realise how I was still loved by my mom, helped me build my confidence, and take steps towards releasing self guilt/deceit.

She explained how asthama is a psychosomatic disease, and is just another form of guilt stored in our body. She talked with me and help me feel a lot of suppressed emotions, how I was protecting myself by suppressing those emotions, and helped me let them go.

It's been an amazing transformation for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Nandita for working with childhood memories, suppressed emotions, and pyschosomatic diseases.

Through somatic sessions, I learned about my body sensations, memories where trauma was stored since many years. Despite my initial resistance, she gently helped release those memories. Her nurturing and powerful presence felt like home, allowing even an introvert like me to open up. I admire her authenticity and genuine care. She taught me the importance of setting boundaries and guided me through all my challenges. Her dedicated sessions helped me feel heard, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. Her healing gave me strength and hope which I did not feel since childhood. I have learned to recognize my patterns and am actively working on them. The homework she assigns is essential for healing, and she is always approchable via WhatsApp or calls for session & updates. I chanced upon Ms Nandita’s profile while doing my initial research on hypnotherapy and all I can say now is I am nothing short of grateful to her for this life- changing experience! I was stuck and being in that state is something I intended to change. When I truly had the intent, the universe just aligned itself and I visited Ms Nandita with an open mind.

I've had stress related health issues including serious IBS for several years now. But I've realised only 4-5 months back, that it is due to PTSD which is apparently more common than people generally realise.

So I started exploring treatments focusing on PTSD, and found that Somatic Experiencing Therapy is the best method to quickly resolve it, which can otherwise take several years to heal even with the help of talk therapy and/or self-help methods. And Somatic therapy is best practised with the help of a counselor. And that's when I found Nandita ma'am.

She talked to me over phone the first time for about 45 mins, just to understand if she can help me or not. She didn't even charge for that. Once she understood she can really help, we started our sessions. The first two sessions were about 3 hours each, and they made such a drastic difference to my health symptoms including some serious ones. I couldn't really believe it for some days. It feels soo relieving and unimaginable to feel healthy again. The later sessions are helping me to stabilise this new state of good health for me. Faster PTSD healing really needs experts' help specializing in it. And Nandita ma'am is one of the very few in Hyd (as far as I'm aware).

I feel hopeful now that my PTSD can be completely healed within a few weeks of Somatic therapy. And big big thanks to Nandita ma'am for being soo unconditionally understanding, supportive and providing me a space to open up like never before. I'd highly recommend her for faster healing.
