I got the appointment with Dr Atul Ahuja post speaking to him ,and I requested to check my ward before the prescribed time as it was emergency ,same time Dr heard my query and ask me to meet ,the moment I met him he patiently heard entire problem and checked my ward and adviced for medicine and told in case of any emergency I can get in touch with him.this shows that Dr is very kind and helpful and by evening my ward was completely fine ....

Went for vaccination for my child. Doctor was very supportive and answered all our queries. He was polite and courteous. As far as treatment was concerned we are very happy. However, nursing home may look for improving the management of patient line with more open system. I would add its not very easy as children with emergency may need to be pushed up the line. However, that decision should come from at least a nurse/ doctor and not from non-medical stuff.
The waiting time is very high and I waited for more than 2 hrs I’m asking for my report but no one is telling me about report and i also checked with doctor he is very rude ** ***** *** ** ****** **** ******** *** I also check with lab person he is saying only print is pending.
This is very bad experience with Vatika Hospital Gurgaon.
Don’t visit this hospital.
