Very bad experience..
First time i have booked an appointment for 10:30 am, so i have visited at ncr gestro liver clinic around 10am sharap, but after waiting till 11 :30 am doctor was not there and staff have not provide any proper information, then i have reschedule appointment for 10 march 2021, and visited at clinic again, that time i got doctor slot, and Mr. Arvind suggest me some fabroscan test and told me to visit at 13 march with empty stomach and i ask me deposited 500 rs for test in advance, i did so , and today (13 March) i have visited at clinic and surprise to know that doctor is not available till 20 march, when i ask staff to refund, they told me very rudely that they have no cash and tell me to visit after 6 to7 days. This is very unprofessional behaviour of staff and respective doctor, atleast staff shoud have to informe me prior if doctor is unavailable, i have travel around 160 km to visit to docor and there is no solution of my liver problem in the end. No medicines nothing. Very bad

A doctor should have patience to listen his patient's problem. I visited him today for my abdominal discomfort. After waiting one hour I entered in Dr's chamber when my name called. As soon as I started to telling him about my gas and flatulence problems, Dr became irritated, he does not want to listen at all. His words was very rude *** *** ** *** ******** *** *** ******** I went there to find the solution of my GI problems *** ******* ** ****** **** * *** ***** ** **** ****** *** ******* ***** *** ** **** ****************** ** ***** *** * *** *** ***** ****** *** I dont recommend him.

Dr Arwind came across as a person with an absolute and through knowledge of all that he was taking about.
Visiting a doctor is not a comfortable option for any one but dr Arwind sahab ensured that I was completely at ease and did his best to disperse my dears and nervousness with small talks on general issues . This made me very comfortable.
He was so intense and detailed and precise in his observations and investigations.
He did not rush through my appointment , giving me a good amount of time to fully understand my problem.
My mom was very sure that she wanted to consult him only for my problem and that is why we drove down all the way from kanpur to see him. I am glad we did.
I would highly recommend him to all those seeking good medical advice and treatment.
