Almost nil waiting time and exactly on schedule. Dr Sachin Handa was very warm and forthcoming in understanding my issue. He gave good time inspecting my ear and also provided and explained using live feed the issue in my ear, probable causes and the solution or way ahead for the same. He prescribed medicines and within 6 hours my pain has almost gone and things look very good. Will continue to complete the medicine cycle and meet him for review. Overall, a very good experience, cordial staff, hygiene practice and positive attitude.

I was suffering from throat pain from 2 days and I consulted doctor sachin through practo physically, and he thoroughly examined my throat and explained me the issue and gave me two options for the treatment, he was very polite and kind through whole conversation, after choosing one option of the treatment and going through it for 2 days I am writing this review, results started to show just after first dosage of his prescription. Dr. Sachin is my go to doctor for any ENT related issue. I had visited in past for acid reflux related issue and Dr. Sachin was able to diagnose and find the root cause in first meeting itself. Had visited for cyst on inner lip and he was able to safely remove it and it did not reoccur ever. Most recently visited for ear blockage and he not only explained it well but also shared root cause and how to prevent it. Dr Sachin treated with care and it was great experience just as always. Visited Dr. Sachin Handa and after a detailed examination, was prescribed a 10-day medication along with some lifestyle changes. The result was phenomenal and exactly in 10 days I'm feeling absolutely fine.

However, as a patient, I too followed the complete course of medication and other lifestyle changes recommended by Dr. Handa (especially, the Do's & Don'ts, Instructions about what not to eat or drink along with a higher sleep position to ensure no acid refluxes).
