Saksham Health Care

Hi All,

I have had an awful experience (better can say "tragedy") with Saksham Healthcare and I wouldn't like to recommend this to anyone.

I had visited this place on 29th June'22 with a lower pain in my Wife's abdomen. We've had done a lot of tests (BETA HCG, ULTRA SOUND, Pregnancy) and finally it went clear that this was not a normal pregnancy and there is some issue with PAIN (which must be caused by some other reasons). *** ****** *** *********** **** **** ****** ** **** **** **** ** * **** ** ******** ********* *** *** ****** ** ***** ** *** ** *** ***** **** **** **** **** ******** *** ********* ** **** *** ****** **** **** ***** *** ****** ** **** ***** *** ******* Every-time we visit the doctor or call them for the pain they say the same thing that there is no issue and it will be OKAY in few days. On 4th July'22 (late evening), my wife got a serious pain and almost fainted at home, I called Dr. Shikha and she recommended me to go to APOLLO CRADLE for EME visit. *** ****** ****** ** * ******** ***** **** **** ******** ** **** **** ** **** ***** *** *** ******** ********* The EME doctor and Shikha had advised for Wife's admission for two days and then they will check again. However, I discharged my wife and went to another hospital in Sector - 4 Gurgaon ***** **** *** ********* ** **** *** ***** ****** **** **** ** **** ** ******* ********* *** *** **** *** ******* **** ******** ** *** ******* ******* *** ***** ******* ***** *** **** *** ** ***** ** ***** *** ** ** **** **** **** ** * **************** **********

This all was such a HORRIBLE experience **** ***** ** ******* ** ****** *** *********** ** ***** **** ***** ***** ** *** *** ****** ** ******** *** ******

This entire process was so painful that my wife went for an EME surgery to remove the left tube. ** *** ***** *** **** ** *** ********* **** **** ******* I will never and never forgive Dr. Shikha, Dr. Varun *** ****** ****** ******** *******

Dr Raktima is one of the finest paediatricians. I have been visiting her for my 15 month old daughter and I must say her treatment/medicines are always effective. Not only does she ensure the only bare minimum absolute-must medicines are prescribed, she goes beyond in ensuring how the treatment is progressing/ child is recovering. I am deeply thankful to her for assisting us very late at night, by counselling us, guiding us with next steps and making sure arrangements with medic centres are in place if need be. She really helped my daughter recover from a serious bout of stomach infection and I am eternally grateful to her. Thank you ma’am for all your help. 🙏🙏

*** ****** ** *********** *** ** *** **** ************** *** gave us confidence that we can proceed with our pregnancy till 38 weeks when other doctors advised against it. It turned out that our baby was absolutely fine and didn't require preterm birth. She has the ability to diagnose as per her experience rather than completely depending on ultrasound.

She repeatedly assured us that there is nothing to worry. And she was right. We followed her advice and our baby was saved from seeing NICU.

Thank you Dr Shikha for always being patient towards our endless querries and doubts.

Dr. Raktima Chakrabarty truly one of the kindest and most dedicated pediatricians I’ve ever met. She is incredibly patient and understanding with both kids and parents, ensuring every concern is addressed thoroughly.

She is most kindest doctor I have ever seen in my life !! She is truly a blessing for kids!

What sets her apart is her availability—just a message away whenever needed, providing peace of mind in any situation. Her compassionate approach and genuine care towards kids **** *** *** **** ****** *** ********** ***********
