But this doctor very patiently handled her step on step and reached the root of the problem.. A God sent angel in the true sense !! We are all praises for him as a family and very sure he will go a long way!!!

We all are going through tough times, while discussing with doctor on phone it was emotional breakdown and the way doctor made me comfortable and positive was just outstanding.

Due to COVID, I was asked to give advised injection myself which made me highly scared and I emotionally broke down. Within few seconds, doctor told me to arrange injection as he himself will be coming to give the injection. I have never seen or heard during this pandemic situation, any doctor even giving an option, but Dr. Shivam was highly courteous and drove half an hour to my place to give injection.

To my good fortune, Shivam me explained me the root cause of the problems I was facing and also looked at all my old reports in detail. He did not prescribe me any unwanted tests or threaten me, a quality which is very rare in doctors these days. I have been taking his prescribed medication for over a month now and have recovered significantly. The best part is that Dr. Shivam is very helpful & is available to speak over phone if you have additional questions. Also, I was very clear about not being dependent on medicines & he did reduce my medication after 10 days, proving that I am able to sustain with minor medication & eventually no medication at all.
