We called to book an appointment on Saturday. Of the available appointment slots, we took the slot at 5.30pm. We were figuring out the location and took longer than expected so informed the clinic that it is important for us to show today and we will reach by 5.35pm, and we did.

There was some patient inside so we waited. And then we waited and waited and the assistive staff there kept on giving soft nudges to the doctor and patient that we are waiting outside. Finally at around 6.40pm, when we had made or mind to move, we got a chance to see the doctor. The patients inside were told to wait outside.

We had aken a chest x ray for better study of the issue. The doctor seemed to be in hurry and suggested a CT Scan. While we wanted to share more about the ailment, were not really given adequate time (were given less or upto 5 mins) , despite waiting for over an hour. The doctor after that immediately went out and asked the previous patient to come inside the cabin.

We felt cornered as we were visiting the doctor for the first time. May be because of lack of familiarity, we were not given adequate time. Did not get a chance to ask questions also.

The doctor also mentioned that you have taken the last slot of the week and we could not understand the comment as we had already informed the doctor that the patient was travelling out of India and has returned on Saturday morning only.

We have followed the advice and have got CT Scan done, however may not want to go to the doctor, may visit someone else. Felt a little brushed off as we waited for over an hour and then were not given satisfactory time.

While the doctor may be good for those who are given proper consultation, we haven't got value for time and money.

I was facing breathing issue from few days so I consulted this doctor. * ***** ****** ** **** ****** when he listen patient problem ** ** ** ******* **** *** ******** *** ****** ***** **** ****** ******* ****** *********They performed one test PFT which was performed by receptionist and on that basis he declared patient is asthmatic. * ******** ******* **** ** ****** **** **** *** ***** ******** ***** **** *** ***** ***** ********* ** ****** ** ***** ******** ******* ** *** ***** ****** *** ***** * ** *** ********** * **** **** **** ********** *** **** ** **** **** ******* ** ***** ************I strongly recommend not to consult his doctor for your problems.

Doctor heard issue patiently ,but it seems inspite of being aware the condition was not that critical LFT was conducted which costed additional 1000 rs

I am not best certified to comment on above but experienced doctors do easily make out if the such basic test are most imp and required

Dr.Garg seems very knowledgeable. She is a very good listener. I am going to follow her recommendations and see how things turn out while I am back in US. I feel positive with her recommendations. With the current experience, would definitely recommend.

Very bad. ***** *** **** *** ***** ********* *********** I was advised for inheller. The result of PFT is **** adverse comparing to next PFT done 2 days after when I was feeling inside that my condition cannt be so worse. Dr. Was not replying to my questions and wanted to get rid off from me so that he may attend next patient quickly. Will not recomend to anyone.

Spent less time on discussion n felt he jumped to conclusions , wrote prescription n left immediately in hurry .
