I have been working with Ms. Mehak for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made. She has been incredibly supportive, compassionate, and dedicated to helping me work through my challenges.

I have been in therapy with Mehak for a little over a year now, and it’s been a year of deep self-reflection, unpacking of deep-rooted anxiety and the holding of space for feelings and core needs that have never been acknowledged before. Darkness of pain and uncertainty can seem infinite and impossible to end when, we only have known the pain of fear for so long, as it would seem like an eternity. I remember the first day I came to Mehak ji. For a long period of time, I thought only my few close ones are the sole people from whom I can receive love. Whenever they would say harsh words, it would seem very lonely and I would feel an immediate urge to make up in the situation, even if there was no fault of mine. It felt very exhausting and demeaning. I dreamt of love and compassion in a very dreamy way. Since reality seemed very painful. But Mehak ji’s paced and unique approach, helped me to acknowledge various factors of my dyanmics of love give and take in me and amongst my close ones. She really is a gem.
