Preeti has been extremely helpful ans a great support in my weight loss journey. I could loose 8.5 kgs in just 2.5 months by following her weekly customised diets for my body and lifestyle. The best part is that I have been able to make this transformation with Preeti's help through the lockdown! Preeti is very patient and understanding. She not only helps you reach your goal but educates you while you're with her and will lead you to make this your lifestyle eventually.
