As soon as we entered the clinic there was unique warmth in the ambience. Dr pallavi greeted with a smiling face. Though there were a lot more patients waiting, she was all ears to hear us out and guided and explained the treatment in detail. On the day of follow up we couldnt visit due to some engagement but she made it a point to ensure things are okay. We got a call from her clinic enquiring about the health of our patient. An intellectual doctor and nice hearted human being, she deserves applause
