Actually got treated today itself so can't tell you about the treatment doctor was okaey but the staff there is very rude.

There is a lady there who acts like she is the boss and she is very rude and had no idea how to talk to people. It was the case with few other patient could see how she behaves with other patients as well.

Literally she made me wait 30 mins after the treatment just for the bills. Even after repeatedly telling her to expedite she said the person who makes bill is treating patient I was surprised to hear that and I asked if you can get it done she was like it's not my job to do it we can't help it you have to wait . If they cam be little more empathetic I think will be good for them .

Had a extraction and capping to be done but won't be going there again to get the horrible experience again .

Rest treatment wise will get to know in few days seems oka tho.

I had a severe toothache recently in covid times. I was worried to go and see a dentist but then; got few recommendations for muskaan dentals that they follow really good sterlisation protocols in all their treatments. So; went there for my treatment. I had to undergo RCT which was completed in minimal sittings under absolute hygienic and sterilized conditions by specialised doctors. Also; the doctors and staff was very co-operative during and followed for my well being after the treament was over. I truely recommend muskaan dentals; if you have any tooth related problems.
