I want take this opportunity to express my gratitude & happiness our saviour Dr.Manisha Arora & to the entire Max Hospital Gurgaon staff for their unique and distinct medical care in our entire journey right from the admission till the delivery of a healthy and beautiful baby girl.

We had lost our first child, it was a devastating event in our life. The pain and agony of loosing our first child was unbearable. But, we had to live with it.

We planned for our second baby in 2020. We got in touch with Dr. Manisha Arora Mam through Google. We went to her clinic Matritva clinic in South City, Gurgaon. After the first appointment we were sure we are in safe hands. She was through professional, caring. Listens to our queries patiently and advised us accordingly like a mother. She is the best in her field , a gynaecologist with vast experience and par excellence. A special mention of Ms. Tripti Mam the patient coordinator and PA to Dr. Manish Arora mam, a thorough professional who know her job.

My wife complained of watery discharge on 09/08/21 in the evening, I called Dr.Manisha Mam, She asked us to come to Max Hospital immediately. It was panic situation for us, all kinds of thought crossed our mind, We reached at the Max Hospital and called Tripti Mam , she guided us through the entire process at the hospital and ensured that we don’t panic. We went to the emergency, all the test were conducted, got the admission done. The wife was shifted to the gynaecology ward. The entire transition right from the emergency , admission and getting shifted to gynaecology ward was smooth and professional. Dr Manisha Arora Mam was in constant touch and she came to hospital in the night. She examined my wife and said we will for the pain to set in. I and my wife were waiting in anticipation, when the labor pain will set in. We were awake throughout the night. On 10th August 2021 wife was administered medication to induce pain and prepare for the delivery. The entire nursing staff, the house keeping staff was on the job. Very well trained professionals. The pain started to set in Dr.Manisha mam was keeping a close eye and was frequently visiting to check on my wife’s condition. Late in the afternoon she decided to go ahead with the delivery. Dr. Manisha mam got the entire staff in the preparation for delivery. All of a sudden, everyone got into the act, it was a sight to watch how professionals work in pressure tight situation. A perfect example of team work. Dr.Manish Mam got the Paediatrician as well, in case if there is any post delivery complication. Around, 2.42 pm we were blessed with beautiful bay girl. Our happiness knew no bound, there was sense of relief and accomplishment.

I met dr Manisha Arora in 2016, when I got to know about my 3rd pregnancy, my earlier 2 pregnancies had ended in spontaneous miscarriage so I was really careful about choosing my gynae this time. From the very first meeting, she treated me with care considering my mental frame of mind still I didn't have complete trust in her as I had some rough experience with my first doctor. I kept double verifying her prescription with some govt doctor.

Ultimately after 2-3 visits I gained confidence on the way she was treating me. "She was covering all the possible loopholes and being over cautious in treating me" as said by the doctor I took 2nd opinion from.

Under her careful treatment I gave birth to my son in July 2017. It was normal delivery which was like icing on the cake, almost everyone in my circle was surprised that I delivered normally.

I could always feel a personal touch in her treatment it's the same reason I continued with her in my this pregnancy as well despite being geographically located at quite a far distance (from Paschim Vihar in delhi to Gurgaon).

On 01/03/2021 I was blessed with a healthy child and after God, I heartily thank my doctor for this as there was once a time in life I had lost all hope of even having a single child and now I have two.

To start with I would like to say that Dr Manisha is a great person along with amazing doctor. She listens to patients well, understands problem and provides best possible solution. Me and my wife shifted from Bangalore to Gurugram in May 23 with my wife being 4 months pregnant. We started consulting Dr Manisha and in the first meeting itself we were very much convinced that we have made correct choice. We were very particular about choosing the correct doctor as everyone wants best for their first child and we landed in safe hands. Dr Manisha will make you feel very comfortable. We felt as we are meeting our family member. Her personality and aura is so soothing and positive. She guided us with necessary tests and medications. Nothing was unnecessary. Unfortunately in 7th month my wife got transferred to Faridabad, however we continued consulting Dr Manisha. We were ready to travel 80 kms to and fro however dint want to change doctor. With all her guidance and by God’s grace, we were blessed with a baby girl. All thanks to Dr Manisha for her efforts and guidance.

Dr Manisha is a gem of person. I first met Doctor during my friend delivery day and was mesmerized by her calmness towards her patient, that was when me and my husband decided that when will start our new journey of pregnancy, will only consult Dr Manisha.

My whole experience was just magnificent! Doctor friendly nature just catches attention of your heart; she is extremely patient, calm and above all she is god in her field. I have hardly seen any doctors being so affectionate with her patients. We were always excited to meet her on our appointments.

During my labor day; Doctor kept a very close track on my progress and was constantly monitoring the vitals herself regularly even at midnight, not only that she also helped us in getting room per our requirements.

Between she also cracked some jokes to divert my mind so that I feel better during pains, I think that is all you want from your doctor.

All in all I would love to recommend Dr Manisha with my eyes closed to all of my friends who want to begin there new journey.

PS: Experiencing severe pains; I almost pleaded Doctor for C- Sec but she ended up with Normal Delivery and thats the USP of Doctor Manisha.
