Writing this review after 6 months of starting weight loss treatment with Dt. Priyatama. Went to her in early November and took a 3 month package for weight loss. She was very friendly and extremely confident about giving us the desired results. I took the 3 months package because I was overweight, experienced bloating and had other health issues like back pain etc due to the weight. Finished her treatment in end of February and met my target weight of 51 kgs. She gives an easy to follow diet plan based on your preference and helps change your eating habits. It's been 3 months since I stopped her diet and I have been successfully been able to maintain my weight. I'm thankful to her for her immense help and motivation and highly recommend her.

Whats amazing with Priya's diet is that you get fantastic results of course, in addition to that its totally maintainable.

After a lot of struggle to loose weight and with no or liitle results, i went to Priya . I lost 14 kgs , without starving at all. My challenge was sustaining this weight. As many a times we gain back what we lost once the diet program is over. Its been over a year since i completed the program with Priya and i have maintained that weight . Her diets are sustainable and very healthy (and tasty). My macro, micro nutirients, protein, muscle are also well maintained and not lost during the diet program. Also, her recipes aren't complicated and don't require effort , time or fancy ingredients.

I was doing 100’s of crunches to loose lower abdomen fat and despite trying various workouts and various youtube diet videos, couldn’t loose it. Let me first thanks Dr. Priyatama Srivastava for planning the diet schedule in advance as well as daily follow up of my weight reduction program schedule. Because if it, I could reduce around 14-15 kg weight in past 3 months and more than what she guaranteed me at start of this program. Also it has not only reduced by weight but also changed my bad eating habits. Also it will help me further reduction or maintaining at least same weight after completion of the program. I see lot of positivity in my attitude and vision for the life. It has reenergized me again from the setback happened with me last year related to my health. I have short of words to describe her help in achieving these goals. I was also fair up to 90-95% in following her prescribed diet Thank you once again for our 3 months association and helping me to achieve the targets which I never thought of earlier.
