I visited Dr. Nigam today for Asthma. ** ****** **** **** ** ********* ********* he recommended inhaler which I was already using. he asked me to come every week for next 6 weeks. ****** ********* *** ******* **** **** *** *** ***** *** ** **** ** * ******** on the contrary, he gave no medicine at all. *** ***** * *** *******secondly, he made me pay him Rs 2200 and conducted some lung test. For this test, he gave me some old mouth piece to blow air in. that was so unhygeinic. there is no board outside his clinic. there is no staff, ** **** *** ********** *** *** ********* ** ****** I regret going to this doctor. I strongly advise others against meeting this doctor. *** ****** **** *** ****** ** ** ****** ****** ** ******** *** ** **** ******** ** **** ****** ***** ** ********** **** **** ** **** *******

I regret seen this type of patients with preoccupied ideas of treatment without knowing the intricacies of medical field.It sound awkward that this apparently educated person was using pump inhaler for more than 10 yrs with wrong method/ technique resulting in poor relief.I adviced & demonstrated how to use rotahaler & told him to review me after a week with all test reports of prescribed test including xray,CBC& others. He wanted me to prescribe treatment for 1 mth without review or giving feedback of prescribed treatment.which I told it's upto them to come for review.PFT was performed to confirm diagnosis of asthma with disposable mouth piece..
