Dr Shelly's Homoeopathic Clinic, South City-II

Very unprofessional behavior.

We went for a follow-up visit at her clinic on 15 October at around 12.55 PM. She had given us an appointment for 1 PM.

We kept waiting for her. The receptionist called her thrice, and every time she mentioned that she will reach clinic in 5 minutes. But, ultimately she came around 2 PM.

When politely confronted for such unprofessional behavior, she entered into a verbal spat, and later refused to further the treatment. We had already paid her ~10k on the first visit for a 3 month course. Now that money is lost. She flatly refused to refund.

I went for in-grown nail treatment. Being a homeopathy treatment, I found the medicines to be extremely expensive. I would have continued with the course but due to the heavy medicine charges, have discontinued going to the doctor
