I have a slip disc problem from the past 4 years and from the past 2 months it has become sever to the extent that I could not even sit for 20 minutes at a strech.

2 sessions and I could feel the difference.

I am into IT industry which demands my presence onto laptop/desktop minimum 50 hours a week; Being stick to the machine at stretch hours had caused my stiff wrist.
