Dr beena is friendly nature

I intract her with my wife and starting my thyroid treatment .

I never seen like dr beena bansal..

Main things

She listen to patient completely past present deeply

Before treatment always imapct the nature of dr..

She meets with a healthy smile..that completly belives me that i am on thr right way..

Explain each and every thing

My treatment is continue ..will wait for next appointment on 17 april.

I am 49 years old and over the years, I have visited many doctors for various reasons. The impression I always got was that doctors have a set script and will try hard to make the patient fit into that script. Seldom, is there room for personalization or the patience to hear us out. This is the first time I met a doctor who patiently heard me out and was extremely kind towards me. A patient does NOT need to believe always that in the power game between doctors and patients, they are inferior. Of course we are, but do we need to be reminded all the time? This was the first time I didn't come out all shaken up. Thank you Dr Bansal, may your tribe increase mani-fold. This nation certainly needs humans like you who care!

My mother started consulting Dr Beena Bansal from July 2021 with an HBA1c of 10.2 to currently (October 2023) at 7.5 which I think will come down slightly after a few months. My mother has been one who usually skipped her medicines and insulin doses often and still, we see a great chance. The doctor is amiable and answers all your queries patiently. In fact, my father is also consulting her and his sugar levels are also manageable to the point of checking blood sugar 1-2 times a week. The medications prescribed by the doctor are very effective though a bit on the expensive side.

Before the scheduled appointment the Doctor asked for all relevant reports to be sent. There were regular follow up calls from her reception desk. When we reached there my weight and BP were checked and we were ushered to the Doctor. She was all prepared, she listened attentively to my history. She really made us comfortable. Discussed my health and issues in details. Gave us ample time. And as promised she did a follow up call in 4 / 5 days. All very comforting and the sugar levels are getting better.
