I had my ACL reconstruction surgery a few months ago and started my ACL rehabilitation with Dr Ritika Gupta. She explained my recovery in a very simple way and created a personalised physiotherapy plan based on my condition. Every session focused on improving my knee strength, balance, and movement, and I could feel steady progress week after week. Thanks to her guidance and support, I'm now much more confident and getting closer to returning to sports. I had been dealing with persistent knee pain that was affecting my daily activities and workouts. The best part of my therapy for back pain was the ability to identify the correct set of exercises and to implement them on ground. The whole team, were diligent in their approach and ensured that I was comfortable during all the sessions . The initial sessions started with identifying the weak areas and thereafter the subsequent sessions graduated to exercises targeting those weak areas .

I was also provided with an exercise routine for home which enables me to revisit those exercises.

The whole team including the admin staff were accommodative to my change in sessions requirement , and were forthcoming in resolving any hiccups ..

I'm going there for lower back and leg pain. So far the treatment and assessment is going great. From first day itself I felt relief in my pain. She welcomed me in friendly nature and explained me thoroughly what was the problem itself and how can I avoid having that in future. She doesn't prescribe unnecessary medicines rather than works on the problem through physiotherapy only. Highly recommended.

I hurt my knee while playing football . It was grade 3 Acl tear . It was difficult for me to walk or climb or descend stairs and thought i have to go for surgery. I heard from a friend about COMM . I joined there and it took pretty long time to recover but it was all worth it . The team of physios here are well knowledgeable and passionate in their work .
