I consulted Ma'am for my mother. my mother needed to loose weight and with the help of ma'am my mother lost 15 kgs of weight and her knee pain and gastric issues are also gone. took three months package but even after that till today she is connected with my mother to help her and track how is my mother doing. I don't have enough words to explain how thankful I am to ma'am for helping my mother. Not just my mother, she even told me if I want to ask anything related to my PCOS, I can also ask her. i never thought I will find such a good Dietician but because of Practo I found her. I recommend her to everyone who wants to live a happy and healthy life, she will listen to you and help you change your lifestyle. one more thing, all this was done through video consultation, her countless diet charts and WhatsApp as my mother don't live in Gurgaon but it didn't matter, distance was not the problem at all.. I still remember first day when I contacted her she said I will help your mother in the next three months to learn how to manage diet by yourself in life. No Doctor says that. She is a very positive person, not just a good Dietician but also a good human. I have a lot to say, words are just not enough to describe. thank you so much ma'am for your efforts.

As most people do, I too made a new year's resolution to eat healthier and cut down my weight. I am pursuing sports as a profession, currently playing at the national level, which means physical fitness is of prime importance to me and during the lockdown when practices were off, I gained some weight, but more importantly, my eating habits went haywire. I am also a very picky eater, concentrating more on paneer (I'm a vegetarian) and fried items, absolutely hating green vegetables. I was very sceptical starting my journey with Anjali Mam, but speaking to her over the phone the first time gave me some reassurance. When I recieved the plan, I saw that she took care to include all the important healthy stuff, and also gave me a few meals of my choice. An important balance was achieved. As I continued, I got into the habit of eating vegetables and soups, something which I never thought I would like. But MOST importantly, I got concious about what, when and the quantity of food I was putting into my body. I have reduced a significant amount of weight and overall my body, mind and skin feels and looks much better. I look forward to carrying the lessons learnt from mam for the rest of my life.

Also, I would like to give props to mam, for whenever I felt a little demotivated, she was always a call away, and inspired me to strive towards my weight goals.
