I was going through chronic lower back pain for almost 4-5months, was not able seat for long time even while sleeping and walking also I was having lower back. I consulted some Orthopaedic Dr. And followed their exercise for 1-2month but my pain was not relived.

I got tele(video) treatment from Dr. Kriti Khanna from QI Spine.I followed Dr. Exercise and within 6-7 session of call I got huge relief in my pain.

The exercise given by Dr. Kriti are not common exercise they are very effective exercise for pain relief.

I’ve been having this back pain in L4-L5 region for over 2 years. During this I consulted several neurologists, rheumatologists, neuro surgeons, Ayurvedic doctors etc. but I had no improvement at all, in fact it got worse over time . That’s when I found out Qi clinic online and made a consultation online since I’m from Sri Lanka. My initial plan was to make a visit to india but Dr suggested to go through some online sessions, hence I signed up for a few online sessions through Dr Kriti. By the third session I felt a big improvement in my lower back and it got better from there onwards. loved the methodical approach made by the doctor each and every session and the attention to detail too.

I was suffering from excruciating and radiating pain in my right leg Consequently, I was unable to sit and stand due to compression at L4-L5-S1, and accordingly, doctors advised surgery.
