Dr. R K Joshi

2 years back I visited him in Apollo hospital for my prolonged problem of hair loss and hair fall . He was very perceptive of my problem and gave me a prescription with hair supplements and serum for topical application.

He also suggested STEM cell therapy for assured results. Somehow I knew that was solution for my problem and after few months I went for the procedure .

To my amazement the procedure was not that costly *** ****** ********* and really painful :) , but it was worth the pain .

Initially I started losing my existing hairs which freaked me out but 6 months later new ones grew from same roots but this time they were black and thicker .

During this process, whenever I visited his clinic , he was always very positive and assured that we are making progress. I am really happy that we did. His method sure worked in my case.

A very competent and experienced doctor. Exceedingly good at grasping the problem and suggesting the right remedy. Very dependable and patiently explains everything.

The doctor sees two people at a time and gives no time to his patients. I visited him at Apollo. For a fees of Rs 1500, you will be seen by a junior doctor and Dr. Joshi will just come and dictate medicines in 1 minute and go. The junior doctor is also very rude, not sure whether she is a dermatologist or not but behaves like she is Dr. Joshi himself. So basically you are paying fees for visiting a junior doctor whom you even don't know. My advice for doctor is that if you are charging such a high fees, at least see the patient yourself and give him at least 5 minutes. The patient has come to you for your experience not for an unknown junior. Patients will pay even higher fees but at least they deserve the few minutes of the right doctor.
