We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Saurabh Bansal.

When my father was diagnosed with Colon Cancer we were really shocked and disturbed mentally however after meeting Dr Saurabh Bansal things started getting changed. He’s very understanding and listened to all our concerns, not only related to my Dad’s health but also addressed our personal issues and guided us on how to take things forward. He is very caring, polite and full of positive energy! He told us all our options and helped us with everything.

My Dad underwent laparoscopic surgery for his Cancer and recovered within few weeks before the Chemotherapy begin and now it’s been over nine months, my Dad is in a good health. Dr Saurabh Bansal helped my Dad throughout this journey and now he is in constant touch with him.

My father, aged 91 years, suffering from hernia and no other surgeon would like to operate because of his age. To get rid of hernia, which reached to his testicular, Dr. Saurabh took the decision to operate and after 15vdays, in this severe cold, my father started recovering and responded well to the treatment.

Now my father has recovered fully and forgot the hernia problem like a bad dream.

Me, his son, aged 63 years, will ever remain obliged and also the post operative treatment was nothing like a charisma.

Usually the word surgery is horrifying and make you tense, but it was such a smooth experience for my mother's gall bladder surgery. It was all because of Dr. Saurabh's way of explaining the procedure and make it simple. He is friendly, competent , well versed with impeccable surgical skills. I can surely and its my pleasure to recommend him for all kind of Gastrointestinal Surgeries.

Dr Saurabh is very ************* *** patient. I consulted with him online. He listened to the problem very patiently and then explained the diagnosis to me very clearly. He didn't unnecessarily advise any strong medications or tests and cleared all my questions. I am very satisfied with the treatment.

This clinic was a shock to me. It wasn’t for the usual purpose. But the lack of empathy has left me shaken. My daughter slipped outside the clinic and scrapped the skin off her toe. When we went inside, there were 4 staff but a complete ABSENCE of empathy. It was so obvious that I remember wondering if they were trained for it. When they did go inside to consult the doctor, he said they will have to take a consultation for first aid. Or any bandaging costing 1200/-. When I said I’ll leave call a compounder home, he said I’ll consult with sir and took us inside to cleanse the wound and put a patti and then charged us 1k. They were calm and smiling after the permission.

What left a terrible traumatic taste was just the coldness for an 18 year old who has fallen. I mean isn’t there an oath for empathy too

I had stomach pain and other stomach problems for a long time and before Dr Saurabh I visited couple of doctors but they couldn’t treat me . Thanks to Dr saurabh I’m perfectly healthy now
