I developed ugly pigmentation over my face and arms it was so bad that it completely broken down my self confidence, so much so that I stopped socialising completely.

P.S. Please note that therapy is a long marathon and not sprint race. It takes time patience and multiple sessions. If you choose Mansi Mam just think of her as your guide, follow what she says and keep doing it. You won't regret it.
