Sakshi is an absolute magician! She helped me turn my life around with barely 4 hours of powerful conversation! Everytime I go to her, I find out things about myself that I just wasn't aware of. With her brilliant therapeutic skills, she makes me dig out root causes of so many issues. And then we are able to deal with them and move past them. She is very sweet, attentive and caring. If you are dealing with any kind of stress, anxiety or any other problem of the mind, please go to her. She will help make it all better.

Sakshi is by far one of the most helpful therapists I've had the good fortune of working with.

She diagnosed my issues and got to the parts who were active very quickly.

I went to Sakshi because I was feeling disconnected from life. I thought it would be fixed in a few days or so. But soon, I realised self awareness and healing of mind has no quick fixes!

Sakshi has been helping me be more self aware, be more grounded and more honest with myself. Basically, she is helping me be more capable of handling my own problems.

She is honest, compassionate, understanding, non-judgemental, gives 100% focus to the client (i.e., me) and you can feel the warmth of her genuine care.

Since coming to therapy with her I feel much more secure as a person, I am able to handle things better, I have improved my mental health and improved my relationships as well.

There are times therapy can be difficult, but I am glad Sakshi is there to (metaphorically) hold my hand and gradually break past my fears.

I have got 7-8 sessions as of now from her and one thing for sure, she has been amazing from the start only. She understands your whole situation deeply and try to work on it together with you. I can see the improvement in me now as when I started. Glad to consult her :)

I consulted Ms. Sakshi Danwar regarding my anxiety issues and childhood traumas. I was always apprehensive about therapy but she changed that for me right from the first session. She attentively listened to my problems, helped me to find the cause of my feelings and guided me to deal with them in a healthier manner. Ms. Sakshi has a very comforting way of interaction. Being a very patient listener and skillful professional she has helped me a lot in dealing with the stress and overthinking problems. The sessions not only helped me with recognising the problems but also making me acknowledge and handle them in a way I was comfortable. Came with a lot of hopes but was left disappointed. First of all, the therapist kept rescheduling multiple times. Kept me waiting in the sun on the day of the appointment even though I had come from far. Mostly she would not bother to inform on her own that the appointment was cancelled. Secondly, she seemed least interested in helping me despite the high fee charged(the fees is much higher compared to other therapists or psychiatrists). She was indifferent, unresponsive *** ******** ****** ******* ******* *** Did not show empathy, follow up with me or provide any concrete solution. *** ****** ****** *** **** *** ****** ** ***** ** *** ********* ******** *** defeated the entire purpose of going to her. It was overall a futile and negative experience.

Dr. Sakshi is not just a great therapist, but a wonderful person as well. She is extremely friendly and understands the problem well.

She has consistently guided me throughout my journey of being a better person that I am today.

She helped me to overcome my self-doubts, faulty beliefs and figure out life and love.

I await for my appointment with her and feel motivated and happy after every visit.

I would genuinely wish to thank her for making me the person that I am today.

It is been 5-6 sessions since m visiting Dr. Sakshi. I am visiting her for my anxiety issues. She really understood my issues and helped me to understand the deep down suppressed emotions inside me even from my childhood that are causing anxiety. She helped me to process those emotions and suggested me daily grounding and somatic activities that helped me to calm down in the moment of anxiety and restlessness. The doctor used to greet me properly . She used to deal with the problem as if it were her own . The venue was very comfortable . She was patient and polite . It was a rejuvenating experience for me .
