Ms Kavan is very understanding and professional. She was suggested by my psychiatrist Dr. Amit. I had multiple sessions with her for CBT over a period of time and saw many positive results in me. Most of the sessions were done over phone and some done face to face.
I highly recommend her for psychotherapy.

My years of emotional struggles were so very well identified with accurate diagnosis and I was helped to switch out from the traumatic emotional experiences step by step where they are not felt anymore. I would say the therapy session worked on me like a syrup and strong emotions out of my system.
Ms. Kavan also gave me the diagnosis of my psychological problems and counseling sessions with her have been like talking to a friend.
