I lost approx.. 10 kg in two months.... I am a food lover.. It was very difficult for me to diet.... But after covid I gained 10 kgs of weight....I prepared and motivate myself that I need to loose... So one my friend suggested me to join Monisha Ashokan..... Within a week I saw changes in me.... I could feel more energetic and fit.... In the beginning I thought I might crave for food.. But she was overfeeding me with lot of food...I am still following her diet and I am really happy ........ Sometime I quietly eat sinful food but I don't tell her.....
