MindfulTMS Neurocare, Greater Kailash Part 1

Took me almost a year to take the step which perhaps could have been so beneficial for me if taken earlier.

But as they say, things happen for a reason, I guess my reason was pretty much evident in this case. I still remember the very first session with Mam, walking through that door, and how she calmly listened to my issues that clearly shows the level of empathy she has towards her patients.

As the number of sessions progresses I was more comfortable and somewhat confident in expressing myself. She was more like a friend rather than a doctor who can guide you to the next course of action that is required. One thing peculiar about Mam is that she always has a solution to any problem you come up with.

Also, she made me realize that one must learn to value themselves and how it is sometimes okay to say no.

Like a life mentor, always by my side assuring me that things will be back to normal and I can happily say that she did exactly what she promised me.

Looking back at the mess I was two to three months back, no hopes of getting any better, always thinking of a bleak future ahead Shilpi Mam turns out to be a savior.

Making sure that little medication is needed she is always there with a beautiful smile. Never in my life, I loved clinics or hospitals but with Shilpi Mam, it was completely different. Surely after 4-5 years when I will be thinking of all the memories that I have created in such a short period of time it will be accompanied with a smile, which will remind me of one of the best decisions that I have ever taken. These sessions cum Pep talk are the memories of a lifetime always pushing me towards something better.

And in the end, I have learned one of the most important lessons from a special person that whatever or how big the problem is, try and stay as calm and happy as you can, also how important is to be with the people who value you and your efforts.

A big thanks to Shilpi Mam for bringing the best out of me.

At the time I met Dr Shilpi I was in a bad shape of mental health. I had too many questions some were very desperate . Dr Shilpi was very patient, friendly and genuine. She gave me extremely reasonable and doable explanations and solutions to my insights. I am extremely happy to have met her. I have been dealing my anxiety and depression for more than 6 years with a downslide situation and felt I will never be out of it. My 3 months of treatment at Mindful TMS made me come out of it. I had forgotten what it felt to be normal. I still remember the first time in years I had a peaceful sleep and then waking up fresh felt like. It was overwhelmingly joyous. I am grateful to my friend who recommended mindful TMS and to Dr Shilpi along with Dr Govil who helped me come out of my dark phase.

I feel alive every moment now.

This space is too small for me to jot down my experience, but Incase you badly want to have a depression free life then blindly without second thought just get up and go to mindful TMS, you will feel fulfilled after all your struggles of battling anxiety disorder and depression.

I visited Dr Shilpi Sharma for treatment of my son age 18. Dr Shilpi is very friendly in nature and listens patient and parents with passions so patient can easily share his problem which is most important when you visit a psychologist. She guided my son, good in his studies who is preparing for a reputed exam but lost his rhythm and confidence due to some unfortunate circumstances, to see life and career in a broader aspect and focus on his strength and remember what he has achieved in past to regain lost confidence. She advised us to not discuss bad memories of past that helped my son to come out of the situation and regain his confidence. Due to guidance of Dr Shilpi my son appeared for various competitive exams and qualified for a reputed University. He is still under guidance of Dr Shilpi. Dr. Shilpi Sharma is more than a doctor, very kind dedecated ,put maximum efforts to help patients. There's no words to show my appreciation to her. She is very punctual, doesn't wast patient's time. We understand her advices very well and follow them up, which are very beneficial.

While applying TMS, she is very accurate in targeting the right area and get better results.

She receives feedbacks from patients time to time to get better solution.
