Mattoo Eye Care Centre, Janakpuri

0 professionalism doctor. I went for initial check on 30th July and after dilating the eyes, the doctor tells me to visit on 8th Aug as he had to go out of station. I asked him why didn't he tell this before to which he did not reply. Now I also have to go out on 11th Aug so I thought it's okay and I I'll get the new glasses done in urgent service. Just back from the doctor's clinic and he refused to see me as I was 15 mins. late because of traffic. I come from Gurgaon and there are days when you just crawl on the highway. The so kind doctor refused to even talk to me even after 3 requests and kept sending his staff to tell me that I should go and come on 11th Aug. Pretty rude of him that. On top of this, the fees I paid to him is gone without even a prelim number.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Doctor is very humble & listens to patients very nicely.

Besides that though I was a bit late but I was given enough time * * **** ********* *** **** *** ******** * I got rid of problem very fast
