Dr Poonam's root canal treatment was in contrast to my previous dentist. Though it was more of help with machines and advance equipments which my previous dentist was lacking. But some important things like anaesthetic injection were administered very carefully and gently thereby giving almost no pain.

Full credits to madam for excellence in root canal treatment which is considered to be very painful and sorrowful treatment. I feel any better handling dentist like Dr Poonam can make things much easier. I saw on Internet that in most cases of infection root canal anaesthetics are not effective there by further increasing suffering of patient.

Also Dr Nagpal was very precise in taking my medical background history which was definitely relevant.

Medicines given to me too was after discussing with me else I thought antibiotic induced stomach upset can not be avoided.

It was definitely a positive experience with lots of hope that future is easy to be dealt with, as with advancing age I expect more dental problems .

Dentist operating me was efficient and tender in handling and great respect for the treatment obtained and standards maintained. Happy to see foreign nationals coming to this dentist specially all the way to delhi from various countries. At least i came across four to five overseas patients, all were sent by refference from previously treated patients of Doc Nagpal. Here i would like to specially mention that transparency in cost was appreciated by all patients i met in OPD check up of Matrix dental. People had mixed opinion as some said Dr Poonam is a very good dentist and some quoted Dr Sourabh Nagpal a very good dentist and very much understanding. Nutshell conclusion i arrived at is that Dr Poonam is good in her speciality of root canaling treatment and Dr Sourabh in cap,implants and smile corrections. At no point i felt this dentist was scaring me, always understanding and very helpful staff in general.

Holy angels hospital is the place where I first met Dr Sourabh over a consultation and that really prooved helpful, now again back in contact at his wonderful and hi tech Dental Clinic which is far more lavish than his previous simple Clinic of holy angels. But he as a person and a dentist is a gem.

Trust me madam I haven't seen a better dentist than you and Saurabh sir. For my treatment some advised wires, some even extractions with wires, some money minters guided me for invisible braces and layer I came to know I wasn't a case for that. You are the only I found was genuinely bothered about me as well as my money. Root canaling, crowning and what all you both touched is now a master piece. Thanks to both Dr Nagpal's.
