First Step IVF, Vikas Puri

I had a surgery **** ****** ******* ***** **** which i reached after finalising another doc ( not naming him here) from this platform ( this guy had more than 400 good reviews - which made me go for him). Well the surgery was a bad decision right from start - poor hygiene at hospital ( bed bugs and roaches in ICU ) , doc was a visiting person at hospital and not permanent hence left quickly after surgery, no post care suggestions , some critical pre op test not done , the doc would not talk over phone or reply on msg even if its an emergency - it was clearly mentioned on his prescription too . It was my mistake that I assumed that in case of emergency any doc will talk over call or msg ( some of my stitches broke open and it was serious) - overall I suffered a lot and lost all hope.

Then someone close referred Dr Manu Gupta and surprisingly his clinic is really close to my place and I wasn't aware as he doesn't spend on advertising and not much online too !! Anyways I visited him as he had long years of experience and had good recommendation. He is really a nice human being , very humble and caring & excellent in his skill and work. He quickly diagnosed my problem , suggested meds , very closely followed up on my progress as I visited him twice each week and was readily available over calls and messages. I am largely recovered now and on the road to healing .

His approach towards patients is really positive and reassuring - which I believe people desperately need when things don't work out medically and you find the quality of life going down !!

In the end I learnt a valuable lesson - don't decide on doctors basis online reviews and marketing ( this can be a deciding factor but not the only factor) , choose them basis their education , years of experience , hospital associated with , how easily & confidently they answer your treatment related queries and their nature - which you can make out when you meet them . This one decision can decide your surgery outcome and next few weeks of recovery.

I would personally recommend Dr Manu Gupta to all my near ones .

I was undergoing treatment of UTI in a hospital in Dwarka in jan 2021 and I was hospitalised there for around 15 days and they were still forcing me to stay for another week because my PSA level was at higher side and when I asked them for my health, they scared with so many things which I can’t disclose here so I decided to contact to some other doctor who can help me to recover from the infection so I searched on google and contact so many doctors but none of them ready to talk to me over phone but I luckily got Dr Manu who is really a great human being, he politely respond me over phone and hear me about my treatment and suggest me to meet him personally or send someone with reports so I sent my friends and I was surprised that I don’t need the medication which hospital was given me so I decided to get discharged from hospital and take further treatment from Dr Manu. I’m feeling great and almost recovered… thanks to Dr Manu for my treatment. Thanks once again and god bless him lots of happiness, wealth and success in their life…. I strongly recommend Dr Manu for UTI / Prostatitis treatment.

I had a problem with my testicle my balls were bigger and longer than other i visited at Manu Gupta clinic but he did not treat me as a patient i was to much worried about my health and problem *** ** *** *** ******* ** ******** I do not recomnded this doctor to any one. My totly money has waisted.
