The doctor is amazing, very experienced.

However we have been very very dissatisfied with the reception staff. Visited twice and both times, we faced an issue with their appointment system.

Took an appointment for 12PM. Reached at 11:55.

He sent someone before me, and told me that “the doctor came at 11:50 and there was a patient already here, so the doctor won’t wait for your appointment” and clearly stated that “it’s first come first serve” (This happened on 7th March).

For my second appointment on 26th March, called him and he told that we have given appointment till 12:45 so you can come at 12:45. I told him I want an early one because I had somewhere to go. I specifically asked him that if I come early, he told yes I’ll send you first then. I reached at 11:45 and still waited till 12:45, I was third in the row even after arriving there first for “first come first serve”.

It’s a request to please take a look at the management & reception.

The doctor didn't even look at the nose of my daughter and wrote 2 x rays. when I took the x ray reports next day to him, he refused to see the x rays and asked us to come after 5 days. He delayed the treatment of my lil girl for 5 days.

He was very apt with his diagnosis, he knew the root problem and didn't beat about the Bush. He examined properly and then only derived the conclusion. Gave the exact medicines which were needed, which resulted in speedy recovery which wasn't the case till now. Thank you Dr. Susheel.

I was very satisfied with the treatment.I have been called for the follow up which made me realise that the Doctor is concerned about me

It was bad experience. He make me fool n dnt give u ans that what is ur prob.. i ask her what is the prob so he said why r u asking u wont to be a dr..

Not taking interest to solve my query and dixnot give me any advice of my older treatment also i felt partiality there that some patient got 15minute time but he gave me only 2minute time

Sheer Brilliance...Doctor listened to me very patiently which to my mind speeded up my recovery greatly...

Consultation charges of Rs 800 is very high. I have give time of 7:30 pm but actual time came to 7:55 pm after two patients review.

The magazine kept there was at lest one year old.

I would suggest to have free wifi there so that patients and Attendent can pass their waiting time comfortably
