We visited Dr. Thakur to treat acid reflux and a stomach infection. Prior to having found him, we visited multiple doctors whose treatments were short lived and weren't really helping. Dr. Thakur on the other hand patiently heard our symptoms, explained those to us and made sure to write an extremely detailed prescription - this is the first doctor I've seen who wrote such a detailed prescription which is so easy to refer to incase you forget the frequency of the prescribed medicines. I didn't mind the wait time at the clinic once I met the doctor - he really showed no rush to speed up meeting any patient. Every patient got a reasonable face time with the doctor - makes a huge difference in the overall experience.

Had a bad experience with the doctor. Visited due to frequent abdominal pain during last few months. The explanation of problem was satisfactory, but the treatment was not. Along with this the doctor kept on writing new tests each time I visited.

Doctor was friendly and understood the patient problem. Advise was good. Well satisfied with the advise and staff was just ok.

Covid appropriate questions not asked by Hospital staff which was surprising

Dr. Thakur is very experienced ñ clear in his field. He makes the patient cool ñ satisfied and assure future consultations any time on phone.
