I’ve been consulting her for a while now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most grounding experiences for me. She listens with patience and without judgment, which makes it easier to open up about things I didn’t even realize I was carrying.What stands out is her ability to ask the right questions—never intrusive, always thoughtful. Sessions feel less like “treatment” and more like a space where I can understand myself better.I’ve noticed a quiet but real shift in how I think and respond to things in my daily life. I’m genuinely grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone considering therapy.

It was a very nice experience interacting with Ankita mam. Although I still have to take more sessions to get better. But I liked the way she listened to my story for the first 15 minutes. Then she gave me a list of questions and asked me to write their answers, so she could know about me in a better way. She also explained where I might be going wrong and instead of concentrating on others I should take steps to be a strong headed man. I really loved the whole session and would certainly go for more of it in future.

She is very understanding and polite in nature . I recommend her when referring a doctor , psycratist or councellor. For a child therapy I must recommend her,she has skilled at making kids feel safe while still getting to to root issues. She explains to the parents in plain languages and involves you in the plan.

Ankita was friendly, and we had detailed conversations about my issues. I’m continuing therapy with her, and we’re working on mapping out a roadmap for my challenges. Overall, it’s a positive experience!
