Anita is the receptionist and I will start with the ease of making an appointment. She found a slot that worked for us. Appointment happened on time.
On the day of our appointment Dr Devang Pandya took a detailed history - appreciative of the attention he paid, the questions he asked and how respectfully he treated all of us, especially my 13 yo. This really helps put the child at ease. Appreciated the way he started with case history by first stating my daughter name - a small touch but made us feel like we were more than just another patient.
Post which Dr Sujata met us. Friendly and smiling demeanor, immediately puts people at ease. She listened attentively to our case history. Post which went on to explain potential issues she was considering and explained clearly how she was interpreting diagnostic results. While medicine is a science - nothing is always black and white. Diagnosis requires appreciation of the nuances - that very important aspect came out in our discussion with her.

In September 2023, my daughter started limping while walk and feel pain in her right foot ankle with swelling. After having been consulted a number of doctors, my daughter's condition was not improving. Even None of the consulted doctors was able to find the actual cause for the pain. Then her pediatrician Doctor recommended us the name of Doctor Sujata Sawhney. We visited her in March 2024 for the first time. She listened us very patiently. Then a number of tests were done at SGRH to find the actual cause. After finding the cause, she started the treatment. I must appreciate her efforts, that within 6 months of treatment, my daughter, who was not able to walk properly, started her routine walk and running.
