Hi,This is about video consultation I had with the doctor. I would suggest everyone either to visit the clinic, or have the reports handy. He didn't even listened about the symptoms. Just kept on saying send the reports, send the reports. As soon as the reports were sent, the call was finished. Though he shared the prescription, but still it would have been nice if he would have listened to the other symptoms as well instead of just relying on the reports. I know that the doctors are busy with lots of other stuff as well, but in that case, just don't take video consultations, that's it. Thanks.

My nana ji was a hyper diabetic patient, we showed multiple doctor across the country and had nominal or no results. After consulting with Dr. Alok we could finally see noticeable change and the medication were reduced to more than half of what he was having earlier. He is doing much better and the condition has remained stable. Very happy with the response and medicines.
