There was high wait time, as the slot booked by me was during the lunch time of the doctor, it could have been avoided by removing slots during that time.

I was unable to meet Dr. Sridevi Gutta as the consultation did not happen due to some miscommunication between Practo and the hospital.

The doctor was on her phone, kept us waiting, and remained engaged with it. And she didn't explain the basic necessities which has to be followed. I strongly advice to get consulted with any other better doctor.

The clarity of explanations was awesome. She was very detailed about the next steps to take. The clinic environment was friendly and the staff were very supportive.
