Both can be taken,  but u can take  plain zinc instead of zincovit. And Vit C is always taken on empty stomach with plenty of water.

Tab Zincovit is to be taken once daily in the morning after food, Tab Vitamin-C can be taken twice after food ,But if  you are facing symptoms like hyperacidity or any gastric symptoms, kindly make the dose half for Vitamin-C.
Health Tips
Don't continue Tab Vitamin C for too long,Try to include Fruits in your diet,Which naturally can supplement all your Vitamins.
