Yoga and physical exercise
Hi My Wife had C section 18 months ago, she put on weight, also she willing start the physical exercise like power yoga or physical exercise. Concern is is there any problems for doing exercises or yoga since she had c section stitching might be chances of open and any medical issues Please advise

She can start walk and excercises gradually increase intensity  under supervision
