My Wife had C section 18 months ago, she put on weight, also she willing start the physical exercise like power yoga or physical exercise.
Concern is is there any problems for doing exercises or yoga since she had c section stitching might be chances of open and any medical issues

Floor exercises and walk are best
Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Choose healthy foods
Check your diet
Diet control is more important than anything else
