If u r new to exercises then I would suggest you to go slow n steady. Do alternate days yoga n cardio. U can also involve some strength training n aerobic, later after this covid situation ends u can also do cycling or swimming. I always suggest my patients to do variety of exercises/activities to train different parts of the body in various directions. Occasionally u can do Zumba dance or hot yoga too.

Yoga and Cardio exercises can be done on the same day morning and evening. But I have few questions like do you have any systemic conditions like hypertension, diabetes or cardio problem? Are you on regular exercise or a beginner?
