Exercise and yoga for lean PCOD
Lately I am diagonised with Lean PCOD. I am underweight. 5 feet 5 inches and weight 43. What are the best exercises or yoga asanas i can do to reverse it? P.S- I tried to find it on google but most are for weight loss in PCOD.

You can do cardio exercises which could be brisk walking, cycling, etc. You can do dhanurasana, chakrasana, surya namaskar in yoga. You should also concentrate on core strengthening exercises.
