Yellowish teeth
I brush regularly but still my teeth are yellowish. Is there any way to return them to natural white colour. I am looking for a permanent solution instead of bleaching which is temporary. Thanks in advance

Brushing won't improve color of tooth, so avoid harsh brushing. It will create more problems. First treatment is you can go for bleaching but if you are not comfortable with bleaching then other options could be veneers or capping. Depending upon the case and extent of problem treatment is recommended. Please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

The least invasive process here would be bleaching. But since you don’t want to opt for that then you could go for veneers for the front 6-8 teeth. Veneers are less invasive than crowns and can be done in 2 - 3 appointments.
Next Steps
Visit the specialist for an assessment of the same.
Health Tips
Once you get veneers, oral hygiene is not an option. You have to floss to maintain the veneers and keep the teeth healthy! Water flosser at night goes a long way.

Hie.. Since you don’t want bleaching as an option ..infact I too don’t recommend it to my patients as it usually causes sensitivity.. Doing brush won’t make your teeth whiter that’s the myth.. it will make your teeth clean.. if you want permanent solution for the same .. then either go for veneers or crowns..

Bleaching is not the good option for teet Whitening because it cause sensitivity. It's your good decision to avoid bleaching. Another option is to get veneers or crowns depend on extent.
