It’s mild gingivitis which requires scaling and polishing which is advised normally after every 6 months and does not harm your teeth at all and makes gums healthy.. home remedies will not benefit.. you must go for scaling or bleaching in case you want more whiter teeth
Swollen gum is mild gingivitis coz of plaque deposition it needs scaling . And regarding Ur teeth colour Ur teeth shade is yellowish white so nothing to worry for that and canine looks more yellow than other teeth it's natural .if u need more brighter shade than u need to go for bleaching it's optional
Hi. Normally the tendency of the patient with yellow teeth is to brush hard to make them look whiter. Avoid that. You can use whitening toothpaste that is available. You can scrub some baking soda on the teeth but if done too harshly it can wear teeth. Use warm salt water gargles for the redness of the gums to subside. Use a water pik if u have one at home. Brush twice and Floss your teeth daily. If redness doesn’t settle you can apply gumex once and twice a day at the swollen region. Stay Safe
Get your teeth cleaned every 6 months for healthy teeth and gums.
Slightly malaligned teeth seen . Probably that’s the reason the gum is red.
Do Saline gargles after every meal .
