Yellow teeth
My teeth seem to be getting more and more yellow by the day. no amount of brushing helps. My lower teeth are crooked so plague has build-up. how harmful is teeth bleaching? And is a cleanup enough to sort out the problem?

1. Don't brush your teeth vigorously. It damages your tooth structure and yellowish dentin part get exposed and teeth becomes sensitive. Learn proper brushing technique from expert. 2. Bleaching depends upon clinical picture and it's indication vary from person to person. But not advocated to go for it frequently. 3. If yellowish stains or colour are intrinsic we may need to opt for Prosthetic options like composite, laminates or veneers... 4. If plaque calculus accumulated, teeth cleaning I.e. scaling helps.
