Dear sir/maam I brush my teeth regularly and use whitening toothpastes. I have noticed that all my permanent teeth which have come up are yellow. Is there some solution? Thank you.

Tooth colour is determined by the shade of Dentin which is genetically different.  And u r just 15 years old.  U may remember ur milk teeth which are definitely whiter.  You may get yellower teeth due to various habits also such as excessive tea and coffee drinking. Whitening toothpastes usually don't work.  Regular cleaning (scaling)  of teeth along with bleaching with professional bleaching kits or home bleaching kits can create a more pleasant smile.  The last option would be laminates.  U can do composite laminates or porcelain laminates to change the shape and color of ur teeth.  We specialize in smile designing catering to film celebrities and others.  Plz feel free to consult Laser Smile.

Hello Dear, permanent teeth in the front erupts at the age of 6-7 years. if you are noticing that your teeth has not become yellow then you need to go for cleaning and polishing of your teeth, get to know about professional cleaning of your teeth from a dentist and implement it. If you think that they had erupted with the same color then get a bleaching of your teeth done. it will definatly whiten up your tooth. Regards, Vitaldent India Faridabad

Naturally our teeth colour ranges from pearly white to pale yellow so everyone cannot hv white teeth. Get scalling n polishing done by dentist. If u r not happy with ur teeth shade later, u can get bleaching done by dentist which 'll lighten ur teeth by 2-3 shades. Alternatively u can use a teeth whitening toothpaste such as snowdent after scalling. Whitening gels used daily along with customized dental trays provided by dentist r also available in the market. Avoid heavily coloured foods, tea n coffee, cool drinks, smoking n tobacco products as they stain teeth.

Hello, Teeth may gradually become yellow due to aging, hereditary factors, poor dental hygiene, or excessive consumption of tea, coffee, tobacco and cigarettes. In addition, high doses of antibiotics, climatic conditions, infection and improper metabolism can contribute to discoloring of teeth. Mix a small pinch of baking soda to your tooth paste and brush with the mixture, rinse with warm water, daily. Or rubbing your teeth with orange or banana peal once a day also helps. Eating strawberry can also whiten your teeth. Avoid the things causing discoloration as said above. Or else visit a dentist.
