Ger the professional cleaning done from your dentist if u want to make it whiter then get the bleach treatment done (office/night) ask ur dentist for details.

You need to get the cleaning and polishing done thoroughly
It will take one sitting
And yes of the teeth are yellow in natural then you should go for sensitivity but cleaning should be sufficient
