Discoloration of teeth can be due to various reasons. This will be confirmed only after a clinical examimation
If its due to stains, deposit, plaque, teeth cleaning is advised
If its due to internal nerve infection, root canal treatment is indicated
If all teeth are turning yellowish, and there is no other I fiction in any teeth, you can opt for teeth whitening which is an absolutely safe treatment to whiten your teeth

Hi,
Teeth do not start turning yellow by themselves without any external change.
Please consider what all lifestyle change have you made in these few weeks like:-
- Change in location where you are staying.
- Changes in eating habits.
- Change in toothpaste.
- Change in tooth brush, brushing style or brushing frequency.
- If you have started any new medicine?
All these and many other factors play a role in yellowing of teeth.
Consider consulting online or sending before and after pictures of your teeth for better understanding of the cause.
Meanwhile :
-Start brushing twice daily.
- Use any medicated mouthwash before sleep.
- Do not use too much pressure while brushing in an attempt to whiten or clean the teeth. It will further damage them. Use medium pressure.

Dear Patient
The treatment will depend on the reason behind the yellow colour.
If its outer yellowness. Scaling and bleaching may help.
For inner discoloration , we need to take x-rays tk diagnose pulp condition.
It could also be due to tooth wear ,that happens due to harsh forceful brushing.
For treatment and further discussion you can consult me.
Hope this helps.
