Hi..i understand that you are concerned about your tooth. By seeing the radiograph it seems like there is some local infection in the apical area of one root of  lower molar. It might be because of trauma from occlusion . Please go for clinical examination  if it is due to trauma from occlusion than little grinding of this tooth or the oppposite arch tooth is needed. I think there are less chances for rerct because it seems ok.
Next Steps
Do not clench your teeth
Health Tips
Consult with your doctor because your problem needs a proper clinical examination.

Hi... Warm saline rinses cannot heal any infection which is inside your tooth. For this tooth most probably you’ll have to get re rct along with some medications. Warm saline rinses will keep your gums healthy and will just help in healing the tooth fast.
Next Steps
Consult your dentist again and start with the treatment soon
