Doctor I am sending my first and latest x ray. Please suggest me that the infection is spreading according to both of my x ray. If there's any change in x rays please tell me. Do I need some kind of treatment. My first x ray (First from the left) and second x ray (First from the right). Please suggest the treatment.

As per the information from the X Ray we need to assess your clinical condition by looking intra orally. I suggest you to undergo RCT and extraction of wisdom tooth.

I remember seeing these x-rays in another post and and i also answered there. The second tooth from the last requires root canal treatment and probably the third one from the last will also require a root canal; the third tooth from the last needs to be evaluated again as the x-ray is not clear. The last tooth, which is the wisdom tooth, might have to be removed too.
