X ray chest please help
My father was having breathing problem some white colour mucus but he is not coughing much he got is X-ray done report is attached please tell about the report and prescription medicines Please help is it lung cancer pls help

Your father condition may not be due to SPN. It's incidental finding. Needs further evaluation. He needs bronchodilators, inhalers or nebulizations, antibiotics if yellow sputum or infection is there.

Hi Xray shows a nodule in right side. It's deatails can be studied by CT chest. Do CT chest and consult a pulmonologist immediately

Your fathers problem is not related to that nodule. If tyere is a history of smoking, then inhalers can help. If there is fever , consider basic blood investigations like cbp for antibiotics
