Your father condition may not be due to SPN. It's incidental finding. Needs further evaluation. He needs bronchodilators, inhalers or nebulizations, antibiotics if yellow sputum or infection is there.

Xray shows a nodule in right side. It's deatails can be studied by CT chest.
Do CT chest and consult a pulmonologist immediately

Your fathers problem is not related to that nodule. If tyere is a history of smoking, then inhalers can help. If there is fever , consider basic blood investigations like cbp for antibiotics
